The Three Prices

There are three packages. Each one is the same wall-mounted machine with the same touchscreen. The price changes with how it connects and how your customers pay.

Those are the figures on our pricing section today. If this page and the pricing section ever disagree, the pricing section is right.

What Each Package Includes

Two steps separate the three. Moving from Essential to Professional is €640. That step changes the most: the machine goes from coins and cash to card and contactless, and from WiFi alone to its own 4G connection. Moving from Professional to Complete is €160. That adds coins alongside card, weekly reports instead of monthly, and one-on-one sessions with our team.

What the Price Covers

Three things come with every package:

• The machine. Wall-mounted, 69.3 by 45.0 by 13.8 cm, with a 10.1 inch touchscreen and room for five 100 ml bottles.
• Access to the management platform. This is where you set the price per spray and see every sale. Our guide to how the machine works covers it.
• An onboarding session. It is done remotely, and it comes with a guide to the platform.

And three things you will not be charged:

• No monthly fee.
• No franchise fee.
• No revenue share. Whatever the machine takes is yours.

What the Price Leaves Out

A cost guide that stops at the sticker is only half a guide. These are not in the price:

The fragrance. The machine arrives without perfume, and that is deliberate. You choose the fragrances, you choose where to buy them, and you set the price per spray. What you spend here depends entirely on what you choose to stock.

Taxes in your own country. The price is for the machine, the platform and the onboarding. Any taxes your country charges when the machine arrives are yours to pay. Ask your accountant what applies where you are before you order.

Card fees. If your customers pay by card, your payment provider takes a fee on each sale, the same as with any card terminal.

A wall and a socket. The machine fixes to a wall and plugs in. It takes no floor space. Our guide on where to put it covers how to choose the spot.

What You Pay After It Arrives

Once the machine is on the wall, the running costs are short:

1. Fragrance. A bottle gives around 900 sprays, so each bottle needs changing roughly every two to three months.
2. Card fees, if you take card.
3. The electricity it uses.

That is the list. There is no subscription behind it.

Which Package Fits

This part is reasoning from the table above, not a measured result.

Essential fits a venue where people still carry coins and where the WiFi is reliable. It is the lowest price, and it comes with the same screen and the same platform.

Professional fits most venues, and it is the one marked most popular on our pricing. People on a night out or leaving a gym usually have a card or a phone, not coins. The 4G SIM also means the machine does not depend on the venue’s WiFi.

How You Pay

You do not pay to start your order. It is free and needs no card. We confirm your order, then send a secure payment link. Payment is made in full before the machine ships.

We sell to businesses and self-employed professionals, so you will need a valid tax number.

If you do not own a venue, you can still buy. Many of our customers place the machine in somebody else’s bar, gym or hotel. That is covered in running a machine without a venue.
