There are two ways to order:
- Buy now. You pick your package and pay straight away through Stripe’s secure checkout. Your order is confirmed the moment the payment goes through.
- Start an order first. Starting an order costs nothing and does not commit you to buy. When you are ready, you confirm it and pay by card through the same checkout or by bank transfer, if you ask us on WhatsApp.

SpritzUp is a company registered in Spain. Its legal name, tax ID and registered office are on our About page, with links to the public company databases that list it, so you can check who you are buying from.
Can You Get a SpritzUp Machine in Your Country?
Yes, unless you are in the USA or Canada. We ship worldwide except the USA and Canada.
The machine is delivered to your address, with tracking. Delivery takes 20–25 days from payment confirmation, and our team configures and inspects every machine individually before it ships. When it ships, you get your tracking link, so you can follow it the whole way.
How Much Does It Cost in Your Currency?
There are three packages. In euros they cost:

Our website shows the prices in each of these currencies, and you can switch between them. Shipping to your address is included in the price. There is no franchise, no revenue share and no monthly fee: you buy the machine once, and it is yours from the moment of delivery.
What Is Not Included in the Price?
Three things, so that nothing surprises you:
- Taxes and charges in your country. Any taxes or charges your country applies when the machine arrives are paid by you. The details are in our terms of sale.
- The fragrances. The machine arrives empty, with its five 100 ml containers. You choose and buy the fragrances you use.
- On-site installation. Nobody from SpritzUp comes to your venue. The machine hangs on the wall like a picture, and we guide you through it remotely.
What Should You Check Before You Order?
Three things are worth checking for your own country and venue before you pay:
- How your customers will pay. The payment methods the machine accepts depend on the package you choose and your country. The card terminal is not available in every country, and in some countries the machine takes payment by QR code instead. If you are unsure what works where you are, ask us before you pay.
- Power and Wi-Fi. The spot where the machine will hang needs a power socket within 1.5 metres and a Wi-Fi signal that reaches it. It is worth checking the signal with your phone first.
- Charges in your country. If you are outside Spain, find out what taxes or charges your country applies when the machine arrives, so the full cost is clear before you order.
What Happens After You Order?
Within 24 hours at most, our team contacts you with your order confirmation, your invoice and the next steps, and adds you to a WhatsApp group with two members of our team. You get an onboarding call, your login to the platform and the onboarding guides before the machine arrives.
