Common Questions.
How quickly will I get my money back?
Our model gives €670–2,400/month at 15–40 sprays a day. At those rates, many operators recover their machine cost in 1–3 months. After that, every euro is almost pure margin.
Are perfumes included?
No, and that’s an advantage. You choose which perfumes to stock, where to buy them, and what to charge. A €50–70 bottle gives 900 sprays. At €1.50/spray, one bottle = €1,200 revenue. Over 90% gross margin (before card fees).
What if I don't own a venue?
Most of our customers don’t. They approach a local bar, hotel, or gym and offer to place the machine at zero cost. Venues say yes because it enhances their guest experience for free.
How do guests pay?
Your machine is configured with the payment methods you choose: card (contactless, NFC), coin, or cash. You see every transaction in real time. And if you need a custom payment method, we resolve it together personally.
What maintenance is needed?
Almost none. Perfume bottles last ~900 sprays (2–3 months). No complex moving parts.
Can I set my own price?
Yes. You set any price through the management platform. Most operators charge €1.50–3.00 per spray.
Where do you ship?
We ship directly to your address. Delivery takes 20–25 days from order, with tracking throughout. Our team configures and inspects every machine individually before it ships, to keep to the highest quality standard.
Any monthly fees or commissions?
No. One payment. No monthly fees, no franchise, no revenue share, no hidden charges. 100% of revenue is yours.
What if it doesn't work out?
Even in a conservative scenario, the machine is built to cover its cost within a few months, and our team supports you through setup.
