How Buying a SpritzUp Perfume Vending Machine Works, Step by Step

Buying a machine from a company you have never met is a fair thing to be careful about, and the question to answer is a simple one: what actually happens after I pay? This post answers it, step by step, from the moment you order to the first sprays.

Is SpritzUp a Real Company?

Yes, SpritzUp is a registered company: SpritzUp Services S.L.U., registered in Spain. Its legal name, tax ID and registered office are on our About page, together with links to the public company databases that list it, so you can check them there rather than take our word for it.

We sell one thing: the machine, bought outright. There is no franchise, no revenue share and no monthly fee. Once it is delivered, the machine and everything it takes are yours.

We sell to businesses and self-employed professionals, so what you need to buy is a valid tax number. You do not need a company or a venue of your own.

Can You Trust SpritzUp? In a Customer’s Own Words

Anthony Santiago runs a nightclub and bought his machines from us. When we asked him about it, he described the whole experience in three steps, from his doubt before buying to where he is today.

That doubt is why this post exists. Lorena Lucia, who has a machine at a nightclub, had a similar hesitation: she did not know us and could not find much information about the company. How Do You Pay for a SpritzUp Machine?

There are two ways in, and neither one asks you to commit before you are ready.

Buy now. You pick your package and go straight to our checkout, where Stripe’s secure payment form takes your card details. Stripe shows you the amount in your country’s currency. SpritzUp never sees or stores your card details, and before you pay, in the same checkout, you accept our terms of sale. Your order is confirmed the moment the payment goes through.

Start an order first. Starting an order costs nothing and does not commit you to buy. When you are ready, you confirm it and pay by card through the same Stripe checkout or, if you prefer, by bank transfer: you message us on WhatsApp and we send you the details.

Either way, your order is binding once we receive payment in full, and payment is made before the machine ships. Card payments carry Stripe’s standard protections, and if the shipment is not fulfilled, we refund your payment.

What Happens in the First 24 Hours After You Buy?

As soon as you pay, our team receives your order automatically. Within 24 hours at most, we contact you on the email and phone number you gave us, and send you:

1. Your order confirmation.
2. Your invoice.
3. The initial details of your project.
4. The next steps.

We also add you to a WhatsApp group with the SpritzUp company account and two members of our team. Those two people are your main contacts for the whole process. They answer your questions, coordinate your project, keep you updated on your order, take you through onboarding and help you get the machine ready. The same group is where you get your after-sales support once the machine is running.

You are not handed a box and left to work it out. From the first day you have named people to message.

What Is Covered on the Onboarding Call?

Once your order is confirmed, we set up your first onboarding call. On it we walk you through how the next 20–25 days will look, how your machine is prepared, and what to expect when it arrives. You can ask anything you are unsure about, and we share what we have learned about getting a machine off to a good start.

We also go through what you need ready before delivery. The spot where the machine will hang needs a power socket within 1.5 metres and a Wi-Fi signal that reaches it, and it is worth checking the signal with your phone before the machine arrives.

On the same call we confirm whether you would like anything designed on the machine. It comes with no branding you are required to keep, and you can put your own on it.

What Onboarding Material Do You Get?

Before your machine arrives, we give you your login to the SpritzUp platform, so you can learn how everything works in advance. Alongside it you get:

• A welcome guide, which reaches you when your order is confirmed. It covers what happens from your order to your first sale, what to have ready while you wait, and how the machine works inside.
• A platform setup guide, with everything you do in the browser and on the machine, in the right order, up to your first test sale: Wi-Fi, fragrances, prices, buttons, coins, advertising and sales.
• A card payments guide, if your package takes card, which takes you from registering for card payments to the first card accepted.
• A step-by-step video of the platform setup, which goes hand in hand with the platform guide, so you can watch each step as you read it.

With those, we guide you through logging in, viewing your sales, monitoring the machine’s performance, understanding the data available and managing the machine remotely. By the time the machine arrives, your platform is already set up and you already know how to use it.

How Long Does a SpritzUp Machine Take to Arrive?

Delivery takes 20–25 days from payment confirmation. Our team configures and inspects every machine individually before it ships, to keep to the highest quality standard.

While we prepare it, we keep you updated in your WhatsApp group. When it ships, you get your tracking link, so you can follow the shipment the whole way instead of wondering where your machine is. If it is going to run late, we tell you beforehand. The machine is yours from the moment it is delivered.

How Is a SpritzUp Machine Installed?

It hangs on the wall like a picture. The machine measures 69.3 × 45 × 13.8 cm, and any handyman or technician you trust can hang it in under an hour.

Nobody from SpritzUp comes to your venue. Before delivery we send you the installation materials and instructions, and when the machine arrives we guide you through the installation remotely so that everything is set up properly.

What Happens Once the Machine Is Running?

The machine arrives empty, with its five 100 ml containers, because fragrances are not included. You choose which ones to offer, where to buy them and what to charge. We guide you through choosing them, deciding which ones to offer, and setting the spray volume and duration for each.

After that, our aim is for you to know how to run the machine and get the most from it, not only how to switch it on. We help you with your pricing, your dose settings, where to place the machine, how your customers use it, and how to use the platform data to improve. Remote technical support comes with every package, and it is priority support on Professional and Complete. The Complete package also adds initial one-to-one sessions with our team.

Can You See a SpritzUp Machine Working Before You Buy?

Yes, in two ways. On our homepage there is a video filmed at a client’s venue, where guests choose a perfume on the touchscreen, pay and spray. Our Instagram and TikTok, both @spritz.up, show the machine in use.
